If you have registered and paid on JPS Online, your participation badge will also be issued online. Please print it yourself. (Participation badge holders will be distributed at the 1F foyer of the conference hall and the 1F lobby of the exhibition hall) There is no need to visit the reception.

2.Comprehensive Reception

Reception hours
December 14th (Thursday) 8:00 to 19:00
December 15th (Friday) 7:30 to 19:00
December 16th (Saturday) 7:30 to 17:00
3.Program Book
Will be distributed to registered participants at the 1F of the conference hall and the 1F of the exhibition hall. Please present your participation badge. The cost is ¥3,300 (tax included), and it will be sold in cash at the comprehensive reception.
Abstracts will be released in early December, one week before the conference, on the conference website.
4.WEB Abstract Book (Abstract)
Will be released in early December on the conference website "Schedule & Program" and "Abstract pdf". You can view both the HTML and PDF versions. Schedule management is possible by registering on the conference website "Schedule & Program" using smartphones and tablets. Also, you can scan the QR code on the program book to view the HTML version abstract.
※ The schedule content registered on both PC and smartphone versions can be synchronized.
5.Cloakroom
One location in the conference hall (B1F basement)
Two locations in the exhibition hall (1F lobby and inside the exhibition hall)
■ Please note that we cannot keep valuables, fragile items, or umbrellas.

6.Luncheon Seminars
Box Lunch will be provided at the luncheon seminar venue. Tickets will be distributed from the morning of the event day.
Please pick up a ticket for the luncheon seminar you wish to attend on the day of the seminar. (One ticket per person)

※ Distribution will end when tickets run out each day.
※ Tickets will be invalid 5 minutes after the start of the luncheon seminar. If there are vacant seats after 5 minutes, even those without tickets can enter. Please understand in advance.
7.Equipment, Product, and Technology Exhibition, Academic Exhibition, etc. (Exhibition Hall 2, 1F)
Companies will exhibit in the poster venue, the exhibition hall. There are also break spaces, discussion spaces, and a drink corner, so please feel free to drop by.
A stamp rally with luxurious prizes will also be held! Details will be announced at the exhibition venue.

8.About the Internet
Wi-Fi will be available at the Kobe International Conference Center and Exhibition Hall 2.
9.Childcare Room and Parent-Child Rest Area (For details, please refer to the "Childcare Room and Parent-Child Rest Area Guide" on the top screen.)
We have a childcare room and parent-child rest area. If you wish to use it, please apply from the annual meeting website. Participants with children can use the parent-child rest area for breaks, diaper changing, and nursing.
10.Requests Inside the Venue (Smartphones, Photography, Recording, etc.)
Photography, recording, and audio recording using cameras, video cameras, smartphones, cameras on mobile phones, etc., are not allowed inside the venue.
Please silence your smartphone and be careful not to disturb others with the light and sound of other devices during the presentations.
11.Announcements
There will be no announcements inside the venue. Please use the information board installed at the general reception (Conference Hall 1F Foyer).

13.Copying, FAX Conference Hall 2F Management Office (Self-service, paid)
14.Student Outstanding Presentation Award
We will select the outstanding presentation award from presenters in the student session. Awards will be presented.
15.YIA Annual Meeting Outstanding Presentation Award
For young presenters, we will select the Outstanding Presentation Award (YIA) from the general presentations (oral presentations) submitted at the time of registration. Awards will be presented.
