6. Luncheon Seminars

Box Lunches will be provided at the Luncheon Seminars. As supply is limited, tickets will be issued (first-come, first-served) at the Luncheon Seminar Ticket Desk. Ticket Desk is in Event Hall, 3F, Osaka International Convention Center (Grand Cube Osaka).

Luncheon Seminar Tickets are issued during following hours:

March 14 (Thu) 8:00-11:30

March 15 (Fri)8:00-11:30

March 16 (Sat) 8:00-11:30

*Each day, distribution will cease when all tickets are distributed.

*Tickets will be invalid 5 min after the session starts. Be sure to arrive at the Luncheon Seminar Room before the seminar starts.

7. Cloakroom

Please use the Cloakroom in Event Hall, 3F, Osaka International Convention Center (Grand Cube Osaka). Please note that we cannot accept any valuables, fragile items or umbrellas.

10. Online Abstract View / Search and My Schedule

“My Schedule” allows you to overview the Congress program and create your own personal schedule. You can add the sessions you wish to attend and the abstracts that you are interested in.

11. Meals

Please use the restaurants inside and near the meeting venue. Box lunches will be provided at the Luncheon Seminars (limited numbers).

12. Use of Cameras and Videos

Use of any electronic equipment such as camcorders and mobile phones to record presentations is strictly prohibited.

13. Paging Service

No paging service is available at the meeting venue. Please use the message board near the Registration Desk (Event Hall, 3F, Osaka International Convention Center (Grand Cube Osaka)).

14. Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in the meeting venue except in the designated smoking areas.

15. Pharmacist Training Courses Stickers

The 92nd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Pharmacological Society is a course of lectures authorized by the Japan Pharmacists Education Center. Stickers will be issued at the Registration Desk (Event Hall, 3F, Osaka International Convention Center (Grand Cube Osaka)).

The certificate of achievement and the supplementary prize for the award winners will be awarded at the closing ceremony.
